Opera 9 released

Opera 9 has been released today. And it has so many changes that I can't list them all here. Some of them are:

  • Widgets: Opera now has widgets, small application that make your experience a fun and so specific job too (news feeds, multimedia, games, etc)
  • BitTorrent: You can now download BitTorrent files directly from Opera.
  • Standards: Opera is now supporting all major Web standards currently in use, including CSS 2.1, XHTML 1.1, HTML 4.01, WML 2.0, ECMAScript, DOM 2 and SVG 1.1 basic
  • Web Dev: Slew of features like Small Screen (Shift+F11) to view site as on a mobile mobile; Code Validation (CTRL+ALT+V)
