SP2 delayed (again)

It seems that Microsft has delayed (again) the release of SP2 till August. No reason has been provided by Microsoft.

I wonder why it has been delayed ? Whether they want to patch new vulnerabilities or to improve their v5 WindowsUpdate service to keep the pirates out.
